The Free Tier provides access to all the security modules, monitoring and reporting features available in the Enterprise version. However, it is limited to a maximum of 5 users, with each user being able to connect up to 5 devices.
While it provides comprehensive security functionalities, it does not include premium support services. It means that users will not be able to receive dedicated support from the developers or access additional assistance for troubleshooting or configuring the firewall. The 24/7 support through a chat widget is also unavailable.
